Ship the item(s) back to the address provided.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
For defective or incorrect products, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
